Job summary

Connect Hearing is part of Sonova Group and is seeking a Client Care Representative for Tuggerah on a permanent part-time basis (2 days per week, 15.2 hours). You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and provide admin support to clinicians across our clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face customer service or administration.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel between Nedlands and Como clinics as part of weekly roster.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients.
• Providing administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists).
• Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Billing clients correctly and handling a range of payments.
• Learning and using a range of software and applications.

You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client facing role. Full training and ongoing support provided.

This is a permanent part-time position working 2 days per week (15.2 hours), between Monday and Wednesday.

What will you be doing?

• Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
• Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
• Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
• Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
• Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
• Learning and competently using a range of software and applications

• Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role
• A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
• Great communication and active listening skills
• Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
• Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
• An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
• Availability and willingness to travel between our Nedlands and Como clinic locations as part of a fixed weekly roster
