You will be the main contact for clients, handling calls, quotes and bookings with warmth and professionalism, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with our national artist network.

Qualifications

• Experience in salon, spa or clinic reception is required.
• Excellent phone manner and polished emails are expected.
• Able to manage a busy calendar with multiple appointments.
• Confident using booking software, CRMs and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Prepare quotes and guide clients through the booking process.
• Follow up enquiries and secure confirmed bookings with deposits.
• Create accurate bookings and maintain client records.
• Coordinate with the national artist network and support booking allocation.
• Work with operations and finance to resolve requests promptly.
• Keep follow-ups, tasks and handovers organised.
• Identify ways to improve processes and make them clearer.
