Job summary

BY KIRRA Skin & Beauty is seeking a Studio Coordinator to ensure the studio runs smoothly from client arrival to departure. You will manage bookings, reorder products and guide clients to the right skincare solutions, while promoting add-ons and retail at checkout.

The role involves creating Canva social content, handling payments, and maintaining Squarespace product listings. Strong people skills and Timely experience are essential; a positive, proactive attitude is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Beauty/skin industry knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong cash handling and EFTPOS skills.
• Experience with appointment software is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients from arrival to departure.

• Rebook clients and upsell retail and add-ons at checkout.
• Reply to calls, emails and DMs and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Create and schedule social posts in Canva for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Process payments, cash up and daily reconciliations.
• Manage stock, orders and product listings on Squarespace.

BY KIRRA Skin & Beauty is looking for a Studio Coordinator to be the first and last person every client sees, and the person who keeps the studio running smoothly in between.

This is more than answering the phone and taking payments. You'll keep the book full, make sure every client leaves with their next appointment booked, and help them find the right products for their results at home.

What you'll do

Welcome clients and look after them from arrival to departure

Manage bookings, confirmations and cancellations in Timely

Rebook clients and offer retail and add-on services at checkout

Reply to calls, emails and DMs, and turn enquiries into bookings

Create and schedule social posts in Canva for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Process payments, cash up and complete daily reconciliations

Manage stock, orders and product listings on our Squarespace store

About you

Organised, calm under pressure and great with people

Confident with cash handling, EFTPOS and booking software

Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva and social media

Professional presentation and a positive, energetic approach

Available Tuesday to Saturday

Timely experience and beauty industry knowledge are a bonus
