Job summary

Prada Australia is seeking a Stores Manager to lead the Pacific Fair boutique with a client-centric luxury experience. You will drive sales, mentor a high-performing team and uphold Prada standards across every client interaction.

You will coach and empower staff, manage budgets, and build long-term relationships with affluent clients while showcasing the Prada Group’s values and exclusive products in a dynamic Australian market.

  • Uphold the values and distinctive Prada identity in the boutique experience.

The Opportunity

  • Acting as a strong ambassador for Prada within the local market, identifying opportunities to attract new clients, increase boutique traffic and strengthen long-term client relationships;
  • Managing the boutique's budget and ensuring disciplined control of operating expenses;
  • Elevating clienteling through strategic initiatives, appointments and exclusive client events;
  • Ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence across cash management, inventory, logistics and Head Office reporting requirements; and
  • Upholding the values, standards and distinctive identity of Prada across every aspect of the boutique experience.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing luxury retail team;
