Job summary

Prada Australia is seeking a Store Manager for the Pacific Fair boutique on the Gold Coast to lead a high-performing luxury team and elevate client experiences. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and maintain premium standards across operations.

You will cultivate client relationships, manage budgets, and ensure Prada's brand integrity while delivering growth aligned with luxury market expectations.

  • Driving and maximising sales performance, achieving commercial targets and delivering sustainable growth.

  • Coaching, developing and empowering the team, with a strong focus on talent development and performance management.
  • Ensuring the team remains highly engaged and equipped with the latest Prada Group knowledge, including product, collections, policies and procedures.
  • Fostering an entrepreneurial, collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Acting as a strong ambassador for Prada within the local market, identifying opportunities to attract new clients, increase boutique traffic and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Managing the boutique's budget and ensuring disciplined control of operating expenses.
  • Elevating clienteling through strategic initiatives, appointments and exclusive client events.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence across cash management, inventory, logistics and Head Office reporting requirements.
  • Upholding the values, standards and distinctive identity of Prada across every aspect of the boutique experience.
