Job summary

Prada Group in Sydney Airport is seeking an experienced Full Time Client Advisor to join our luxury boutique. You will be client-focused, building relationships with new clients while nurturing the existing database, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Trades 6am–9pm, 7 days a week, on a full-time 38-hour rotating roster. You will collaborate with the team on store operations, stock, VM and reporting, while developing product knowledge to represent the brand with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to upskill on product and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients and strengthen existing database.
• Uphold Prada DNA in all client interactions with a professional attitude.
• Ensure store operations including back of house, stock, VM and reporting are fulfilled on time.
• Upskill on product and brand knowledge and train the team to represent the brand.
• Maintain a sales-focused mindset and creatively attract clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Show genuine interest in fashion, trends and competitor knowledge.

Prada is looking for an experienced Full Time Client Advisor to join our boutique at Sydney Airport. You will be customer focused, with a positive “can-do” attitude and an absolute love for retail.

Please note - Prada Sydney Airport trades from 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week - you must be able to work on a Full Time, 38-hour per week rotating roster across these hours.

As a Client Advisor:

• You will be client-centric, building relationships with new clients whilst continuing to strengthen the existing database
• You will manage all client expectations and always uphold a genuine yet professional attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group
• You will work with the team to ensure store operational activities, including back of house, stock, VM or reporting are fulfilled on time
• You will take a proactive approach in upskilling yourself on product and brand knowledge, and work with your team to ensure they receive the best training and development to represent the brand
• You have previous sales experience within a retail environment – preferably high end or luxury.
• You have excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clients
• You enjoy having a sales focused mindset and like to be creative in your approach to attract clients
• You have a can-do attitude with everything that you do, always thinking one step ahead, and inspire your team to do so too
• You contribute to a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peers
• You have a genuine interest in the brand, a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge
