Job summary

Longchamp Chadstone Boutique is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join our luxury fashion team. You will actively contribute to sales objectives, clientelling, stock counts and day-to-day boutique operations while delivering the highest level of customer service.

You will work collaboratively with the Boutique Manager and brand, drawing on 1–2 years of retail experience, CRM/POS familiarity, and strong communication to meet KPIs and drive fashion excellence at Chadstone.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Full time Client Advisor at our Chadstone Boutique. Sunday - Thursday roster.

Working collaboratively with the Boutique Manager you will be an active contributor to the dynamic sales team by delivering superior customer service and sales, in addition to working proactively and collaboratively with the boutique and brand.

Support the Store in the achievement of Sales targets, engaging in Training, stock counts, clientelling and operational activities.

About You:

You are an experienced retailer, enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. Additionally, you have:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience is required for this position.
• Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this role.
• Ability to engage with customers ensuring quality customer service and experience
• The ability to multi-task to support the Manager in the delivery of the store presentation, achievement of sales targets, and product knowledge
• An ability to demonstrate your success in meeting performance objectives (KPIs)
• The ability to work independently, using your initiative to problem solve
• Experience with using CRM and POS Systems
• Strong communication skills face to face, over email and telephone
• All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and results-driven individual.
