Qualifications

• Experience in wedding planning, travel or events preferred.
• Customer service, coordination, sales or related industry experience.
• Ability to manage client relationships and enquiries with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and social channels.
• Present services, packages and experiences and convert leads.
• Build relationships and provide personalised recommendations.
• Coordinate consultations, venues, suppliers and bookings.
• Assist clients exploring venues and curated packages.
• Support honeymoons, luxury accommodation and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues and travel partners.
• Maintain client records and manage follow-ups in CRM.
• Represent the business at events and activations when required.
