Job summary

Remedy Healthcare, in partnership with Australian Unity, seeks a Client Access Specialist to join the Client Connect team. This full-time role (12-month fixed term) is based at West Perth with flexibility for remote work several days weekly, covering a roster from 6am to 6pm AEDT/AWST.

You will handle outbound referrals, inbound inquiries, referral data entry, and enrolments into Remedy Health Coaching programs while educating clients on program eligibility and health fund options.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer support roles.
• Sales or growth experience is valued.
• Experience in the health services industry preferred.
• Strong administration and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to engage with internal and external stakeholders and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Outbound contact with referred healthcare clients.
• Manage inbound phone and email enquiries.
• Referral administration and data entry.
• Support enrolment into Remedy Health Coaching programs.
• Educate clients on available programs based on eligibility and health funds.
