Australian Unity's Across Home Health in Western Australia seeks a Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical. This permanent full-time, hybrid role leads a virtual team, overseeing triage, scheduling, and workforce planning to deliver integrated allied health and nursing services.

As the Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver personalised and integrated care. Leading a virtual team, you'll ensure efficient triaging, scheduling, and workforce planning to enhance the delivery of high-quality allied health and nursing services.

This is a permanent full-time, hybrid role based in Western Australia, with flexibility to work from home while maintaining the ability to attend our Delhi Street, West Perth office as required.
