Ability Action Australia is expanding its Concierge Team in Campbelltown. You will be the first point of contact for participants, guiding referrals through to bookings and ensuring continued support.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for participants, guiding them from referral through to booking and ongoing support.
• Reach out early via phone, SMS and email to engage participants.
• Guide conversations toward an appointment in a supportive way.
• Follow up to gather information and keep momentum.
• Coordinate referrals, updates and bookings in systems and with clinicians to prioritise appointments.
