Townsville Holiday Rentals is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our holiday rental cleaning team, ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard before guest arrival.

You will coordinate staff, conduct quality inspections, manage schedules, train new team members and maintain stock levels to support smooth operations in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning teams, preferably in accommodation, hotels or holiday rentals.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Working rights in Australia.

About the Role

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday rental cleaning team, ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard before guest arrival.

Working closely with the Operations team, you will coordinate staff, conduct quality inspections, support team development and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and on time.
