A Mother’s Touch is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to oversee day-to-day onsite operations on the South East Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula. You’ll lead cleaning teams, maintain standards and coordinate with management, bringing hands-on leadership and a passion for outstanding client service.

This newly created role offers genuine ownership, an electric company vehicle, and the chance to shape systems, train staff, and grow with the business as it expands.

About Us

A Mother’s Touch is a growing boutique cleaning company known for our exceptional service, attention to detail and strong relationships with both our clients and staff.

We've built an incredible team and loyal client base, and we're now at an exciting turning point. Our business has grown to the point where we're ready to introduce a dedicated Team Leader to help strengthen our operations and support our next stage of growth.

This is a newly created leadership position, working directly alongside our Director and Office Manager.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, confident and proactive Cleaning Team Leader who can take ownership of our day‑to‑day onsite operations while helping us develop the systems and processes needed to grow.

You'll be the main point of contact for our cleaning teams, providing direction, support and accountability while acting as the key link between onsite staff and management.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, and you'll be actively involved in cleaning alongside our team while balancing your supervisory responsibilities. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead from the front, maintain our high cleaning standards and liaise with management to coordinate the operational side of the business.

This is not an entry‑level leadership role. While we'll train you in our systems, we're looking for someone who already knows how to lead people, manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

About You
