Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract and is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to support Stockland’s national portfolio, including shopping centres. The role involves supervising cleaning programs, guiding staff to high standards, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will work Monday to Friday, with a focus on timely task completion, program implementation, and effective leadership across the cleaning team. A proactive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

Formación

• 2-5 years commercial cleaning experience, preferably in a shopping centre environment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices.
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required.
• Certificate II or III Cleaning Asset Maintenance (advantageous).
• Must have Working with Children’s Check or be willing to obtain.
• Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks which includes National Police Check and health declaration.

We currently have an opportunity for aCleaning Supervisor to join our workforce and play a key role insupporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, located at Stockland Wetherill Park Town Centre.

The rostered hours for the Cleaning Supervisor are as follows:

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:00 pm

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.

What You’ll Do
