Job summary

Glad Group is seeking an experienced Cleaning Site Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations at a large commercial asset in Queensland. This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining high standards, client relationships, and strong team supervision.

You will manage KPIs, schedules, and staff rosters, while delivering training and coaching to the cleaning team and ensuring WHS compliance and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning management or similar operational leadership.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient computer and administrative skills; WHS knowledge.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large commercial asset. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships and maintaining high operational standards.

About The Role:

As the Cleaning Site Manager, you will take ownership of the site's cleaning operations and ensure the team consistently delivers a high-quality service.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations across the site
• Leading, supporting and coordinating the cleaning team
• Managing site KPIs, performance and service standards
• Ensuring cleaning schedules and operational requirements are consistently met
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly
• Managing staff attendance, rosters and day-to-day workforce requirements
• Providing training, coaching and support to team members
• Maintaining strong and professional client relationships
• Responding to client requests and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
• Completing site administration, reporting and operational documentation
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, company policies and cleaning procedures
• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and overall site performance
