Job summary

Glad Group is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large commercial asset in Australia. This hands-on leadership role focuses on staff management, client relations, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key duties include leading the cleaning team, ensuring schedules, KPIs, and WHS compliance, and building strong client relationships while driving continuous improvement across site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail cleaning management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations across the site.
• Leading, supporting and coordinating the cleaning team.
• Managing site KPIs, performance and service standards.
• Ensuring cleaning schedules and operational requirements are met.
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing issues promptly.
• Managing staff attendance, rosters and day-to-day workforce requirements.
• Providing training, coaching and support to team members.
• Maintaining client relationships and responding to requests.
• Completing site administration, reporting and documentation.
• Ensuring WHS, policies and cleaning procedures compliance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and site performance.
