Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations within production and/or hospitality sectors.
• Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and on-site application.
• Understanding of HACCP principles in cleaning practices.
• Experience managing project work from scoping through to delivery.
• Confident delivering on‑job training and mentoring cleaning staff.
• Strong communication and hands‑on, practical approach.
• Well organised, reliable, and able to work across varied environments.
• Flexible with 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily cleaning operations across production and hospitality environments.
• Coordinate project-based cleaning work from planning through to completion.
• Deliver on‑job training to cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure all cleaning practices align with WHS requirements.
• Apply HACCP principles where cleaning intersects with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Respond to operational needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records related to training, incidents, and compliance checks.
