Bayswater North Primary School in Victoria seeks a dedicated classroom teacher to plan, prepare and teach programs aimed at achieving student outcomes. You will engage in critical reflection and collaboration to lift learning across year levels, with duties extending to policy support and school improvement work.

The role emphasizes using data to inform teaching, planning high-impact strategies and fostering a safe, inclusive environment aligned with Department values.

Formación

• Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Postgraduate initial teacher education program accredited by an Australian state/territory authority.
• Demonstrated completion of the literacy and numeracy test (LANTITE).
• Experience with literacy/numeracy programmes and VTLM2.0 aligned practices.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum programs.
• Undertake other classroom teaching and organisational duties as assigned by the principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertake other non-teaching supervisory duties as required.
