Qualifications

• Provisional or full teaching registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Postgraduate level initial teacher education program accreditation as required by Australian standards.
• Demonstrated literacy and numeracy testing requirements (LANTITE) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individuals.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum programs.
• Undertake other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as determined by the Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.
