Job summary

Marsh Australia is seeking a Claims Consultant to join our Sydney office in a hybrid role requiring at least three in-office days per week. Qualifications

• 3+ years of claims experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly while in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes for a mixed portfolio of primarily Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims.
• Conduct accurate reserving, claims investigation, manage claims costs, and negotiate with third parties.
• Build and maintain rapport with clients.
• Foster relationships with brokers, underwriters, and reinsurers.
