Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, customer-centric claims or case management.
• Ability to interpret and apply legislation in a compliant manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with resilience in challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Process member and interstate claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
• Resolve claim-related enquiries with empathy and transparency.
• Identify and address issues or complaints, escalating when needed and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, service targets and operational priorities.
