Resolution Life Australasia is seeking a Case Consultant to join our claims management team. You will manage insurance claims across employer-sponsored and industry arrangements, guiding members through their claim journey with a focus on fair, timely outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with employers, brokers, trustees and service providers, apply policy wording precisely, and uphold compliance while supporting members through recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in insurance claims, customer resolution, complaints or related environments.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to assess information and make decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholders.
• Good numerical skills and ability to interpret data accurately.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Commitment to compliance, risk awareness and process adherence.
• Enjoy speaking with customers and handling regular phone-based interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of insurance claims with a focus on timely outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality service by supporting customers and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Participate in case conferences, reviews and ongoing claim discussions.
• Apply policy wording precisely to assess eligibility and entitlements.
• Uphold compliance and risk standards and escalate issues when required.
• Support members through their recovery journey and work toward positive return-to-work outcomes.
• Contribute to stakeholder review meetings and relationships with employers, brokers, trustees and fund administrators.
