In this role you will proactively manage a portfolio of claims, apply policy wording and risk management to ensure accurate decisions with a customer focus. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement balancing office and home-based work.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting customers throughout the claims process and providing clear, proactive communication.
• Work with stakeholders through case conferences, reviews and ongoing claim discussions.
• Apply policy wording with precision to assess eligibility, liability and benefit entitlements.
• Uphold compliance and risk standards by following processes and escalating issues when needed.
