• Work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders through case conferences, reviews and ongoing claim discussions.
• Apply policy wording with precision to assess eligibility, liability and benefit entitlements confidently.
• Uphold compliance and risk standards by following processes, performing controls and escalating issues when needed.
