Acenda Life, part of Acenda Group, is seeking a Lead Case Consultant to provide technical expertise and coaching to a team of Claims Consultants, supporting customers during their time of need and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will manage complex claims, support performance monitoring, and contribute to reporting, process improvements, and strategic projects while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive life insurance claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of claims assessment and policy interpretation.
• Experience coaching others in a claims environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise and coaching to Claims Consultants.
• Support management of complex claims and customer matters.
• Drive process improvements and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
