Qualifications

• Experience in managing property claims or loss adjusting.
• Strata experience is valued but not essential.
• Clear, professional and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage end-to-end claims with reference to policy terms.
• Delegate to service providers and coordinate assessors, builders, and experts.
• Escalate high-value decisions with careful judgment.
• Collaborate with assessors, brokers and strata managers to resolve claims.
