Strata Community Insurance is seeking a proactive Claims Consultant to join our WA, SA, NT team. You will manage claims end-to-end, analysing policy terms and applying sound judgment, while communicating with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.

We value empathy, clear communication, and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering strong claims outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing property claims or loss adjusting.
• Strata knowledge is highly valued but not essential.
• Clear, professional and empathetic communication.
• Curious mindset with drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage claims end-to-end, analysing policy terms and applying sound judgement.
• Communicate confidently and empathetically with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.
• Navigate escalations and high-value decisions with care.
• Coordinate service providers, working with assessors, builders, legal experts, and more.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve claims outcomes.
