Responsibilities

• Proactively manage claims end-to-end, analysing policy terms and applying sound judgement.
• Communicate confidently with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.
• Navigate escalations and high-value decisions with care.
• Select and coordinate service providers—working with assessors, builders, legal experts, and more.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve claims outcomes.
