Job summary

Strata Community Insurance in Adelaide is seeking a proactive Claims Consultant to join our WA-SA-NT team. You will manage claims end-to-end, analyse policy terms, and coordinate with assessors, builders, brokers and strata managers to resolve complex cases.

About the Role

As a Claims Consultant, you will:

• Proactively manage claims end-to-end, analysing policy terms and applying sound judgement.
• Communicate confidently and empathetically with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.
• Navigate escalations and high-value decisions with care.
• Select and coordinate service providers - working with assessors, builders, legal experts, and more.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve claims outcomes.

About You

You're a motivated insurance professional with a strong foundation in claims management. You enjoy solving problems, working with people, and making a real difference in moments that matter.

You bring:

• Prior experience managing property claims or loss adjusting.
• Strata experience would be highly valued but not essential.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
• A curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
