Job summary

HUB24 Limited is seeking a dedicated Claims Consultant for a fixed-term opportunity in Sydney through December 2027. You’ll manage end-to-end claims across superannuation and investment products, coordinating determinations and payments while upholding compliance and quality standards.

You’ll work closely with trustees, advisers and internal stakeholders, bringing strong regulatory knowledge and a client-centric approach to resolving complex claims with empathy and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims, case management, superannuation administration or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of superannuation products, claims processes and regulatory obligations.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end claims and member events across superannuation and investment products.
• Assess and administer death, permanent incapacity, terminal illness, financial hardship, compassionate release and family law claims.

Play a pivotal role in supporting members, beneficiaries and advisers through some of life's most important moments. Managing a broad range of superannuation and investment-related claims, you'll deliver professional, empathetic and end-to-end case management while ensuring accurate, compliant and timely outcomes. Working closely with trustees, advisers, legal representatives and internal stakeholders, you'll combine strong technical knowledge with exceptional customer service to guide complex claims through to resolution.
