Job summary

HUB24 in Australia is seeking a Claims Consultant for a fixed-term contract through December 2027 to support members, beneficiaries and advisers across superannuation and investment products. You will manage end-to-end claims, assess eligibility, coordinate determinations and payments, and work with trustees and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication and the ability to handle complex cases while contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in claims, case management, superannuation administration or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of superannuation products and regulatory obligations.
• Excellent communication skills with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end claims across superannuation and investment products.
• Assess and administer death, permanent incapacity, terminal illness, financial hardship and family law claims.
• Review legal, medical and supporting documents to determine eligibility and outcomes.
• Coordinate trustee determinations, benefit payments and account activities.
• Build trusted relationships with members, beneficiaries, advisers and trustees.
• Ensure claims are managed in line with legislative, regulatory and trustee requirements.
• Investigate complex cases, manage escalations and support audits.
