Job summary

HUB24 Limited is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to strengthen risk and compliance practices across the Group. You will provide pragmatic, independent risk advice to executives and boards, and help embed a risk-aware culture throughout the business.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role focuses on policy maintenance, risk identification, monitoring and reporting, and participating in HUB24's three lines of accountability to support strategic objectives in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in law, finance, business or related discipline.
• Experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulatory obligations.
• Exposure to managed investment schemes, wrap/platform products, superannuation or financial advice environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance advice across a broad range of risk classes.
• Partner with business leaders to support effective risk-based decision making.
• Enhance and maintain risk and compliance frameworks, policies and practices.
• Support risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting activities.
• Contribute to Board, Executive and Risk Committee reporting.
• Build strong relationships across the business to embed risk culture and accountability.
• Deliver risk and compliance training and awareness initiatives.

We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Risk team and play a key role in strengthening risk management and compliance practices across the Group. In this Line 2 Risk role, you will provide pragmatic, independent risk and compliance advice to business stakeholders, executives and boards. You will help enhance risk and compliance frameworks, support sound risk-based decision making, and ensure HUB24 continues to meet its regulatory obligations while achieving its strategic objectives.
