Job summary

Empowered Recruitment is seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for FIFO road and infrastructure projects in Queensland. You will lead substantial civil fronts, coordinate crews and plant, and work with the project team to keep programs on track.

The roster options are 5:2 or 10:4, with an uplift paid on top of your base salary, offering long-term project security and opportunities to move between projects as the infrastructure division grows.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, pavements and civil delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crews, plant and subcontractors on site.
• Plan upcoming work fronts and drive productivity.
• Ensure safety, quality and programme requirements are met.
• Run your section of the job properly on delivery fronts.
