Zusammenfassung

CMC is seeking seasoned Civil Supervisors for current and upcoming projects in Queensland. The role involves hands-on field support, coordinating resources to deliver safe, on-time civil works including road upgrades, drainage, and traffic safety improvements.

You will report to the Superintendent and lead a team on-site, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards while coordinating with management on cost control and progress reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned supervisors with extensive on-site civil construction experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead a construction site and build client relationships.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety issues and regulations.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Mentor and guide team to reach full potential and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project management to develop weekly work programs and monitor costs.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to meet standards and timelines.
• Provide daily progress updates, including photo logs and cost reports.
• Ensure training requirements are met and conduct client inspections.
