Job summary

The Recruitment Org LLC is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor for a permanent FIFO roster on remote mining and civil projects across Australia. You will lead daily earthworks operations, ensure safety, manage plant and labour, and deliver work on budget and on program.

You should have solid bulk or civil earthworks experience, plus a Cert IV or Diploma in Management, S1/S2/S3 tickets, plant knowledge and ability to read plans. FIFO experience and KPI reporting are highly valued.
