Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is recruiting a Civil Supervisor for a FIFO role in Mildura, VIC. You will lead civil/road crews, schedule daily works, and manage delivery from start to finish on a long-term project.

You will monitor budgets, ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance, and coordinate with project managers, engineers and clients while operating within a FIFO 10/4 roster. Accommodation and a competitive package are provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on civil/road projects.
• Experience delivering projects in the $4M–$20M range.
• Knowledge of budgets, programming and contractual compliance.
• Tickets and licences for site supervision.
• Willingness to work FIFO roster.

Civil Supervisor – Road & Civil Construction (FIFO – Mildura)

About the Company

Our client is an established civil and road construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work in the Mildura region. They’re looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their site team on a long-term project, with a roster built around the people on site.

The Role

You’ll take charge of day-to-day civil and road construction delivery, running crews and managing works from start to finish. You’ll schedule daily works to meet production targets, keep the site running smoothly and make sure the job stays on budget and on spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule crews to meet daily and weekly production targets

• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements
• Coordinate plant, materials and subcontractors to keep the site moving

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on civil and road construction projects
• Experience running crews on projects in the $4M–$20M range
• Major roads or state road authority project experience is highly regarded
• A solid understanding of budgets, programming and contractual compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Relevant tickets and licences for site-based civil supervision
• Willingness to work a FIFO roster
