Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty partners with a national civil contractor to appoint two experienced Civil Site Supervisors overseeing major subdivision projects in Adelaide. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.

Ideal candidates have civil construction experience on subdivision schemes, proven leadership, strong safety and quality awareness, and the ability to keep projects moving across North and South

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, ideally across subdivision projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Good understanding of site safety, quality and project programmes.
• Ability to coordinate crews and keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• supervise day-to-day site operations across major subdivision projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site crews.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Monitor quality, productivity and site progress.
• Manage site resources, materials and equipment.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers.
