Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager within civil engineering.
• Track record delivering subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roads and infrastructure projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Exceptional financial acumen, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time and within budget.
• Manage subdivisions, road construction, bulk earthworks, stormwater and utilities/infrastructure.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and site teams.
• Ensure adherence to QA, environmental, and OHS standards across project stages.
• Mentor project engineers and site management personnel.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage complex civil works including subdivisions, road construction, bulk earthworks, stormwater, and essential utilities/power infrastructure.
• Oversee financial performance, project budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, local authorities, and internal site teams.
• Drive adherence to stringent quality assurance, environmental, and OHS management standards across all project stages.
• Mentor and guide project engineering and site management personnel to support team growth and capability.
