Site Supervisor – Civil Infrastructure (Multiple Positions Available)

We are seeking experiencedSite Supervisorsto support a strong pipeline of work acrosscivil infrastructure projects.

Withmultiple positions available, this is an opportunity to step into eitherongoing metro civil worksor amajor infrastructure project, with both day and night shift options available.

These roles include but are not limited to:

You will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Project scopes include:

• Roads, carparks & bulk earthworks
• Concrete works, piling & structural elements
• Barriers, FRP works and associated civil components

Projects may involve metro Adelaide works or structured shift-based infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple crews and subcontractors across active work fronts
• Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site briefings
• Plan and coordinate short-term programs and daily site activities
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and ITPs
• Drive safety, environmental, and quality compliance on site
• Monitor productivity, costs, and subcontractor performance
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum5+ years’ experienceas a Site Supervisor in civil infrastructure
• Proven experience delivering roads, drainage, and civil works projects
• Solid understanding of WHS, QA systems, and site documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Driver’s Licence (essential)
