Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty partners with a national civil contractor to appoint two experienced Civil Site Supervisors overseeing major subdivision projects in Adelaide. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.

Ideal candidates have civil construction experience on subdivision schemes, proven leadership, strong safety and quality awareness, and the ability to keep projects moving across North and South

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, ideally across subdivision projects.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Good understanding of site safety, quality and project programmes.
• Ability to coordinate crews and keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

Job description

An established national civil contractor with a strong track record across major subdivision and civil infrastructure projects is looking to add two experienced Civil Site Supervisors to their team. With a strong pipeline of long-term work across Adelaide, there are opportunities to join major subdivision projects in both North and South Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations across major subdivision projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site crews
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
• Monitoring quality, productivity and site progress
• Managing site resources, materials and equipment
• Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure successful project delivery

About You:

• Civil construction experience, ideally across subdivision projects
• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor / Civil Foreman
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Good understanding of site safety, quality and project programmes
• Ability to coordinate crews and keep projects moving
