Consolidated Power Projects Australia in Brisbane is seeking a Civil Supervisor to lead on-site civil works for transmission and renewable projects. You will manage construction crews, coordinate with site managers, clients, and the HSE team to deliver quality outcomes on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in civil construction, and knowledge of SQE. Travel on a 10/4 roster is required if local to project, with flexible working options where possible.

Formación

• Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction (essential), or tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering will be highly regarded.
• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate people at all levels.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SQE.
• Effective negotiation.
• Knowledge of High Voltage infrastructure industry would be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver civil site works, coordinating with Construction and Site Managers.
• Manage onsite workers, personnel and contractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Interface with clients, CPP management, HSE, subcontractors and suppliers to meet deliverables.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to site teams.
