Job summary

CPP Civil in Queensland is seeking a Civil Leading Hand to drive on-site earthworks and civil construction activities across transmission lines and renewables. You will mentor crew, coordinate daily tasks with Supervisors and Project Teams, and uphold a strong safety culture to deliver works on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Leading Hand on earthworks or civil projects.
• Proven ability to lead onsite crews with a safety-first approach.
• Experience using civil survey equipment to support earthworks.
• Strong understanding of earthworks, site set-out and civil methods.
• Current plant tickets and experience operating machinery (excavators, graders, loaders, skid steers).
• Strong plan reading, daily coordination, and clear communication with teams.
