Job summary

CPP Civil is seeking a Civil Supervisor to lead on-site civil works, manage crews and contractors, and deliver projects safely and on time. You will coordinate with clients, CPP management, HSE, and suppliers while mentoring site staff to meet key milestones.

Travel on a 10/4 roster is required if not local to the project. A Certificate III/IV in Civil Construction is essential, with tertiary Civil Engineering qualifications highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction is essential.
• Knowledge of SQE and people management skills are important.
• Experience with High Voltage infrastructure projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful completion and delivery of civil site works and manage onsite workers, personnel and contractors.
• Engage with clients, CPP management, HSE, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deliverables.
• Provide leadership to site teams and mentor staff to meet project milestones.
