Roussos Recruitment is partnering with a growing South Australian civil contractor to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager who will own projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion. You will drive programmes, budgets, quality and safety outcomes, coordinating engineers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants, while managing client and stakeholder relationships.

The Opportunity

A growing South Australian civil contractor has secured a strong pipeline of new work and is entering an exciting period of growth.

With capabilities spanning civil infrastructure, structural concrete and large-scale landscaping, the business has established a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across South Australia.

They are now looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to take ownership of projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion.

You will play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team. With a strong pipeline ahead, there is genuine opportunity to grow your career as the business continues to expand.

Importantly, this is a Monday–Friday role with no weekend work, within a team environment that values collaboration, development and getting the job done well.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will have genuine ownership of your projects, driving delivery across programme, commercial, quality and safety outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading civil projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion

• Coordinating engineers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders
