Job summary

Roussos Recruitment is partnering with a growing South Australian civil contractor to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager who will own projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion. You will drive programmes, budgets, quality and safety outcomes, coordinating engineers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants, while managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within the civil construction industry.
• Strong commercial, programming and project delivery capability.
• Confidence leading project teams, subcontractors and delivery partners.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to project challenges.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growing business.

Responsibilities

• Leading civil projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion.
• Developing and managing project programmes, budgets and delivery plans.
• Coordinating engineers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Managing commercial performance, forecasting, variations and project reporting.
• Monitoring programme, quality, safety and overall project performance.
• Identifying risks and driving practical solutions before they become issues.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners.
• Providing leadership, support and direction to engineering and site teams.
• Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration and high-quality project delivery.
