Job summary

Wilken Service Pty Ltd is an ASP1 contractor based in Caringbah. We are seeking experienced civil labourers, pipelayers and excavator operators to join our team on electrical infrastructure projects across Sydney.

Qualifications

• Construction White Card required.
• MR or HR driver's licence required.

• Able to perform physical, hands-on work.

• Assist plant operators and act as spotter.
• Use hand and power tools and carry out general civil construction work.
• Operate excavators around live services (if applying as operator).
• Work with crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Experienced Civil Labourers, Pipelayers & Excavator Operators

$48-$53 per hour, depending on experience | EBA conditions | Sydney projects

Wilken Service Pty Ltd is an ASP1 contractor based in Caringbah. We're looking for experienced civil labourers, pipelayers and excavator operators to join our team on electrical infrastructure projects across Sydney.

What you’ll be doing

• Hand excavating, trenching, backfilling and installing conduits
• Assisting plant operators and acting as a spotter
• Using hand and power tools and carrying out general civil construction work
• Operating excavators around live services, if applying as an operator
• Working with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently

What you’ll need

• Construction White Card
• MR or HR driver's licence
• Current Australian work rights
• Civil construction experience and a willingness to undertake physical, hands-on work
• A reliable attitude, good attendance and the ability to follow site directions
• A practical understanding of workplace health and safety

Excavator operators must have at least two years' experience trenching around live services. Defence Force experience is also welcome.

What Wilken offers

• $48-$53 per hour, depending on experience
• EBA conditions, superannuation and applicable overtime penalty rates
• A 40-hour week, with two hours accrued towards a monthly RDO
