Job summary

Wilken Service Pty Ltd, based in Caringbah and delivering projects across Sydney, is seeking experienced electricians for long-term, permanent full-time roles.

Join a civil electrical contractor specialising in Level 1 ASP works for Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks. Expect regular RDOs, strong pay, and clear career progression with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification is required.
• Current NSW Electrical Licence is required.
• WHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card) is required.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites across Sydney.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical with drug/alcohol screening.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and ability to work independently or in a crew.
• Experience on Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy networks with ASP1 accreditation is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with our crews on electrical infrastructure construction, upgrades and maintenance across Sydney.
• Outdoor site work with day shifts and occasional night work; overtime available.
• Contribute to safe, high‑quality workmanship across projects.

$60–$70 per hour, depending on experience | Permanent full-time | EBA conditions

Wilken Service Pty Ltd is based in Caringbah, with projects across Sydney.

Join an established civil electrical contractor specialising in Level 1 ASP works across the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks. We’re looking for experienced electricians who take pride in their work and want long-term employment with strong pay, regular RDOs and opportunities to progress.

About the role

You’ll work alongside our crews on electrical infrastructure construction, upgrades and maintenance throughout Sydney. The role includes outdoor site work, day shifts and occasional night works, with overtime available.

What you’ll need

• A recognised electrical trade qualification and current NSW Electrical Licence
• WHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites across Sydney
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• A strong commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
• Reliability, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Experience on Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy networks, ASP1 accreditation and current ASP statutory refresher training are highly regarded, but not essential.

What we offer

• $60–$70 per hour, depending on experience
• Permanent full-time employment under EBA conditions
• Superannuation and overtime paid at applicable penalty rates
• A 40-hour week, with two hours accrued towards a monthly RDO
