Job summary

ARG Workforce on the Sunshine Coast is seeking experienced Pit & Pipe Labourers to join ongoing civil projects. You will install underground pits, conduits and pipework, assist with trenching, act as a spotter for excavators, pull cables, and perform general site tasks with a strong, safety-conscious team.

Ideal candidates will have pit and pipe installation experience, ability to work around heavy equipment, and reliable transportation with their own PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous pit and pipe installation experience.
• Comfortable around excavators and underground utilities.
• Physically capable of demanding manual tasks.
• Dependable with a positive attitude towards work.
• Safety focused and able to work as part of a team.

About the Role

• Installing underground pits, conduits and pipework
• Assisting with trenching and excavation activities
• Acting as a spotter for excavators and other plant
• Pulling and laying cables and conduits
• Performing general labouring and site preparation
• Working closely with civil and electrical teams

About You

• Previous experience with pit and pipe installation
• Confident working around excavators and underground utilities
• Physically capable of performing demanding manual tasks
• Dependable with a positive attitude towards work
• Safety focused and comfortable working as part of a team

Essential Requirements

• Current Construction White Card
• Reliable vehicle and your own PPE
