Job summary

FGI Developments is seeking skilled Labourers, Concreters and Pipelayers to join our team across Far North Queensland on ongoing civil projects. Immediate starts available for diverse site work including roadworks, subdivisions, drainage and earthworks.

These roles are non-FIFO, with competitive hourly rates and penalties above Award wages. You will travel to project sites across Queensland and enjoy a strong team culture with safety-first values.

Qualifications

• Previous pipe laying or civil labouring experience.
• Experience working on civil construction projects.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour tasks.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Construction White Card.
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and compaction works.
• Supporting concrete pours, finishing, and structure placement.
• Assisting with installation of reinforcement (steel/mesh).
• Operating small plant and tools (where ticketed).
• Spotting for machinery and maintaining site safety.
• Reading and working from plans/drawings (where applicable).
• Contributing to a productive and safety-first work environment.

FGI Developments is seeking Skilled Labourers, Concreters & Pipelayers to join our growing team across Far North Queensland and to work on regional project sites.

You will support a range of civil construction works including roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks, with immediate starts available.

These are ongoing positions offering stability, strong team culture, and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality civil projects across Queensland.

Duties Include

• Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and compaction works
