Job summary

ARG Workforce on the Sunshine Coast is seeking experienced Pit & Pipe Labourers to join ongoing civil projects. You will install underground pits, conduits and pipework, assist with trenching, act as a spotter for excavators, pull cables, and perform general site tasks with a strong, safety-conscious team.

Ideal candidates will have pit and pipe installation experience, ability to work around heavy equipment, and reliable transportation with their own PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous pit and pipe installation experience.
• Comfortable around excavators and underground utilities.
• Physically capable of demanding manual tasks.
• Dependable with a positive attitude towards work.
• Safety focused and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install underground pits, conduits and pipework.
• Assist with trenching and excavation activities.
• Act as a spotter for excavators and other plant.
• Pull and lay cables and conduits.
• Perform general labouring and site preparation.
• Work closely with civil and electrical teams.
